Day Of Your Appointment
Please have someone available at the house during your confirmed appointment window. Due to routing and availability, your time window may slightly adjust and we thank you for your understanding.
When your technician is headed your way, he will send a text message. The exact ETA you receive from that message may not be 100% accurate so PLEASE allow at least a 10-15 minute buffer if planning to meet him.
Diagnostic and Assessment Fee
If not already paid, a $99 service and diagnostic fee (+tax) is due at the time of your initial appointment. We accept all major credit cards and/or checks.
Repair Process
If he can repair your issue on site on the first visit he will make every effort to do so. Alternatively, parts may need to be ordered which he will discuss with you after diagnosing your issue(s). If parts need to be ordered you will be rescheduled for a return visit based on the parts estimated delivery date and technician availability. The office will notify you at that time.
Recall and Warranty
If you have subsequent issues after the work order is closed there is a 30-day recall period, you will not be charged for a return visit for 30 days on the same appliance with the same issue. Parts have a 90-day warranty policy.
